Responsibilities:

1. Providing spiritual care and pastoral leadership, as well as preaching and teaching and counselling through biblical doctrines.
2.  Lead church to incorporate a vision for integrating evangelistic and discipleship efforts.
3. Introduce young people to Christ; disciple them in spiritual growth; train them in serving Christ with their life.
4.  Serve as the primary community relations contact for the Church, in carrying out community outreaches and serving the physical and material needs of the community when required.
5. Serve under the accountability and administrative support of the Board of Trustees of the charity.
6. Provide spiritual oversight and leadership for the Church.
7. .Provide spiritual support and mentorship to other emerging leaders.
